Want to begin? Here's how...
This is for you if you...
-
Want to stay strong, mobile, and independent as you get older, so you can keep enjoying everyday life with confidence.
-
Are feeling stiff, tight, or less comfortable in your body, and you’d love to move with more ease again.
-
Are recovering from injury, living with aches or health challenges, and need a gentler, more caring approach to movement.
-
Are completely new to yoga and looking for a welcoming, supportive place to begin.
-
Would like to feel calmer, more resilient, and more at peace with yourself each day.
-
Want guidance that feels encouraging, personalised, and pressure-free.
No experience needed, no flexibility required.
Two ways to work with me

I'm Kath. Teaching since 2005 and still a student at heart — I continue to train in yoga therapy with Svastha Yoga Therapy, quietly deepening my practice so I can meet a wide range of needs with skill, sensitivity and genuine care.
At Yoga with Kath sessions, you can expect something
warm, enjoyable and quietly transformative. With kindness and encouragement at every step, sessions gently guide you toward feeling truly at home in your body and more at ease in daily life — gentle when you need it, strengthening when you want it. Wherever you're starting from, you'll always be met with care.
Physical movement is just the doorway. While we safely work with postures to improve mobility, balance and physical strength, we also practise the time-tested pillars of true yoga:
-
Strength and ease (sthira sukha): building a sturdy foundation while keeping a soft, peaceful mind.
-
Non-harming (ahimsa): honouring your body exactly as it is in the moment, without judgement or competition.
-
The art of turning inward (pratyahara): quietening external stimuli and demands to feel deeply rested and rejuvenated.
A blend of 21st century anatomical knowledge with proven, centuries- old philosophy. Here, you will find a safe peaceful environment, props that support your unique structure and always permission to slow down.
Let's breathe, move, strengthen and flourish together.
