I'm Kath, a yoga teacher and student training in yoga therapy. I'm based in Colne, Lancashire where I've been teaching since 2005. I work mostly with women in midlife and beyond - women who want a thoughtful, supportive and genuinely therapeutic approach to movement and mindfulness.

My classes are small and friendly. My one-to-one sessions are built entirely around you. The free session below is my way of saying hello and welcome to the beginning of your yoga journey!
